Triple the Sales of Your Personal Brand

For any working professional, it’s important to invest in continuous education on how to be a better sales person.  Many of us may not relate to ourselves as sales people, but we are.  We sell ourself every day in the workplace.  Our product is expensive.  Depending on our salary level, employers pay anywhere from $60,000 and up for our product.  The better the product and brand the more other people are willing to pay for it.  Why not be the best sales person we can be.  When one is a great sales person she gets to choose who she sells her product too.  When you’re not a great sales person your product gets sold to almost anyone that pass by.  This is the difference between someone who lands a great job they love and one who lands a job where they despise going to work everyday.

I have compiled a list of my top three career building websites that you can visit often to learn how to be a better sales person.

Personal Branding Blog – Dan Schawbel

This blog was started by personal branding guru, Dan Schawbel. He was one of the first people to coin the term personal branding. He even started a magazine called Personal Branding Magazine. This website is a great daily resource for all things personal branding.

Being a master of the job search process is a key component that will make you a better sales person as you’re creating your ideal job.
